PRECISION GARAGE DOOR SERVICE OF CAMARILLO

I called for a qoute for a 1 broken spring. Qoute is $225.00 to replacement include labor and parts. Tech came as scheduled and told me that i need to replace 2 spring and 3 bearing on 2 car garage door, total cost $995.00 include labor and parts. Thats why i give only 4 star because i don't know if thats a good price or to much. The Tech is polite and knowledgeable of his job. I will use them again but next time i will shop around first.

MIles showed up early and did a great job tuning up my old wooden door so it will last until i can afford a new one. They even will take the $180 cost for the tune up off my bill if i buy a new set of doors. Hopefully they have a sale soon :)mike

I was told by the service person from Precision Garage Door that my Marantec 4700 was shot. That the programming was messed up. When I was asked about the warranty, I was offered the opportunity to purchase a new opener. I was told that Precision no longer offered Marantec. My dealer is no longer in business in Simi Valley. I thought this unit had a lifetime warranty. Not happy!

Service technician was on time. The original purpose of his visit was to fix the garage door where the top was separating from the rest of the door. He said I would need to have a carpenter fix it. So I suggested the fix which we did together. He said the springs were not the right strength and needed replacing, which I agreed to. I thought the charge was excessive ($1,118). I over paid as I thought he said $1,180. Please refund.

I chose Precision over other garage door repair companies because of the reviews read on line. Precision answered the phone with a 'live' person, followed up with an email confirmation, provided the name of the repair person that would be arriving, called to confirm arrival, arrived on time, evaluated the situation and provided me options. Once I selected the repair option, they quickly completed the work. Receipt and invoice were also promptly provided. All very professional. I would choose again, though I certainly hope that garage door issues are a thing of the past for me!
