Marvin was on time to the very minute he said he would be here. Called 20 minutes ahead of time to let me know his ETA. Fixed track so roller would stop dragging. Rotated both springs about half a turn to balance door. Lubricated all moving parts. Didn't take him but about 20 min. to finish. Answered all my questions. I thought it was a little expensive with the service charge of $75 & a $90 labor fee, but you get what you pay for. Since I'm in a wheelchair & my only access to my house is through the garage I have peace of mind now. Thanks Marvin & Precision.

My garage door needed to be replaced due to rot and damage from an automobile. Renae Black does miscellaneous work for me, and she recommended that I buy your product. It was slightly less expensive than your competitor's, so based on her recommendation and the price, I selected your garage door. I was pleasantly surprised to find that it was not only less expensive, but of very good quality. Additionally, your service representative was very competent as well as very professional. Have used precision previously and years ago purchased lifetime warranty. Marvin was technical repair mam and did a great job. He's the same tech that had done a repair for me in 2015. I don't understand why he told me that the life time warranty would not cover another spring break. I have my copy of when I purchased it and it plainly states that as long as I own this property parts are replaced at no cost. I would appreciate feedback on this. Thanks again for the prompt service and excellent repairman.
