I am pleased with the service I received from Precision Door. I called Thursday and was given an appointment for Saturday. My technician was Paul. He was great. Called to tell me he was on the way and arrived well within my appointment time. He explained what needed to be done and gave me the price. Paul made the needed repair within a short time. I am very happy to have a working garage door.

I phoned Precision Garage Door late Monday afternoon and asked to have my garage door opener repaired or replaced. They promptly set up a Wednesday afternoon appointment for me. They followed that up with an email that told me that their serviceman, Paul, would be taking care of my problem. On Wednesday, Paul phoned and told me he would be at my house in 30 minutes and when he arrived he was knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. He told me my options and after my selection, he made the replacement in about an hour. He showed me how to operate my new opener and asked if I had any questions. I am very pleased with this transaction.

Paul came out and graciously identified the issues and possible corrective measures to repair my door. My best option right now is to contact the original door manufacturer distributor and get a replacement panel. I will wait to see if that is the opinion of the distributor and make my decision based on total cost. I will definitely call Precision Garage Door if the entire door needs to be replaced. Thank you.

This is the kind of service you can usually only dream about. It was GREAT. Daniel, the technician identified in the appointment email confirmation, actually arrived a few minutes ahead of schedule, which was fine. He identified himself clearly and was completely friendly, courteous and pleasant. He asked me to explain what difficulties we had been having with the garage door operation and then examined the existing setup. He explained his 'diagnosis' and what he planned to do and the charges that would apply (visit charge plus labor). He said there was no reason to change out the existing equipment; that it just needed to be remounted more solidly. In less than an hour, he was finished and the amount charged was less than I had expected. I'll never go internet "searching" for garage door service again. This company has it all together with their employees, employee attitudes and quick, effective service.
