This is my 2nd time to call Precision Door Service because the door moves very slowly. However, I have called Kenny about the situation first, and he has explained every possibility in details with patience. He has sent Daniel to shorten the opener arm and moved the opener arm bracket in the correction location. Daniel has reset the up and down limits which he took it upon himself to repair this problem at no cost due to previous technician missing this part. This is absolutely a great warranty you can have for their being honest and professional. I strongly recommend Precision Door Service to you which is a 5-Star company for sure!
