We called Precision this morning. Fortunately you were able to send a technician the same day. Marvin Roby was excellent. He arrived when he said he would from his courtesy call while in route. We were able to solve our issue. It was the 3rd occasion to use Precision since 2018. 5 star service for sure!

Installed a new gasket on door bottom and door would not stay down - door would close and touch floor and go right back up. Called service at 1:00 am to ask how to adjust and was told tech would be here by 2:00. Kevin arrived just after 2:20 and had door closing correctly with in a few minutes - now just how great is that? Don’t think you need anyone else for garage doors. Happy customer, Leroy Willingham

Kevin diagnosed problem. Adjusted opener chain and spring as needed. Lubricated all moving parts and explained what I should do keep door functioning properly. Checked to be sure door operating properly before leaving. This the third time I have used Precision for doors that are 21 years old. Never been disappointed in their service or response tome.

I have used Precision to repair my garage door opener twice. They came out right away and took care of the problem. When my old wooden garage doors needed replacing they did a great job.
