I was able to reach them on a Sunday and had an appointment 1st thing Monday morning. Bryan was my technician. He explained all options available for repair or replacement with prices. Waiting for them to replace the control board in my unit. Garage door has been down for over a month now. I purchased new motors through them because they had a good warranty. Now it’s taking entirely long to fix the issue we have.
