If your not using precision doors then your not using the best!! I called one afternoon and they asked me how soon I needed a technician, it could have been same day but mine wasn’t an emergency so the next day would be fine. The technician called me 2 hours before he was due to arrive and asked if he could come early. He got here and was very nice and professional and assessed my problem very quickly. I would recommend this company to anyone needing these services that they offer (which is a lot) Keep up the good work precision, you understand what it means to serve the public! Thank you

The overall experience with this company was perfect. Scheduling was easy and done through the website and email. The morning of the appointment the technician, Mark, made a courtesy call in order to let us know that he was on the way. Mark arrived exactly at the appointment time and was very approachable and professional right from the start. Mark diagnosed the issue then took the time to thoroughly explain all of the options and even to provide a few tips on proper door maintenance and upkeep. Mark explained that replacing the door opener would take approximately an hour and exactly one hour later he was finished. He took the time to go over all of the features of the new opener. Mark was extremely professional and polite the entire time he was at our home and made the experience painless. I would highly recommend Precision for any garage door services.
