I was able to reach them on a Sunday and had an appointment 1st thing Monday morning. Bryan was my technician. He explained all options available for repair or replacement with prices. He was able to replace everything, program all devices, get cleaned up in under 3 hours. Thanks for prompt and quick service!

My garage door would not open or close, and bent the track. I called Precision Door explained the problem, and they sent a repairman to assess the damage and my door was repaired the following day. I highly recommend Precision Door! Hopefully I won't need their service again, but if I do I will definitely do business with Precision Door again!!!

I was very pleased with the service. The new opener is very quiet. Four stars instead of five for two reasons: 1 - the technician did not remove the bulb from the old opener before discarding it and did not install one in the new opener. I had to climb up on a ladder after he left to put in a new bulb. 2 - The technician smoked and threw his butts on our driveway for me to pick up after he left.
