Broken Garage Door Spring Repair

I had no idea who to call to fix our garage door or how much it would cost. First, the sensor went out and we had to hold the button down in order to close our door. We did that for a few months and then one day last week the garage door stopped opening all together. I called precision on Friday evening for help and they offered to come Saturday, but we had plans so they offered to come out on Monday afternoon. They sent me a text message before our technician got there with his picture and a little bio about him. Our appointment time was between 4 and 6 and he was there at 4. He fixed the sensor and put a new spring in and now the door works just fine. I'm so glad we picked them. It was easy to make an appointment and they came when they said they would and the guy was able to fix our problem.

Well unfortunately I will not let y’all install my garage door. I always get a couple of estimates from highly rated companies and when your young man came over to measure and give me an estimate, I was disappointed that he had no material to show me a garage door selection.

The young man who came to my home, James, was on time and very professional and courteous.
