We just moved in and the garage door out of the blue started having issues. A technician , Javon, arrived at a scheduled day and time, and was phenomenal. He was very sympathetic to us just moving in and having this issue, but was able to give us a new system that same day and within a little over an hour. He gave options to two types of garage overheads, and made sure nothing else with the garage door was wrong. He also clearly explained the warranty and suggested to unplug the unit during bad storms to avoid damage during lightning strikes. I experienced a house being struck as a child so I was grateful of the reminder to unplug devices to avoid losing things! I was very satisfied with the experience and my door is 10x quieter than it was before which surprised me. I didnt think it was possible to be that quiet! The total for everything was 500 give or take, which for me was worth it. I just don't have the time to replace and update things myself, so for the convenience and new system it was worth it. Recently had springs replaced. When they did the work they modified other parts which then caused more damage and malfunction of door resulting in a second repair estimate for $2500. Reached out to management to help resolve. They returned and admitted that a part was altered but then laughed and repeated that they are a reputable company that does excellent work also refusing to put the part back in the original position. I ended up fixing the part myself and am left with stress tears in my door. Just disappointed in how it was handled.
