My wife and I are new to the area so we contacted Precision to help with our garage door that was off the tracks. Jason arrived to fix the door, get it back on the track, and tighten up the system. Our garage door opener had also stopped working, so Jason returned and installed a new opener that works perfectly. Commercial says that many times they can get to you same day but the closest appointment I could get was 5 business days out. I understand that since Ian service companies are very busy, just be honest. Ben our service tech was great. He came early and quickly diagnosed and solved the problem. He did not oversell and gave me honest assessments of the condition of the door and components. Not crazy about the 4% service charge to use a credit card. Not sure it's legal but this is Florida so it may be.
