I can't say enough of the service from beginning to the end. My call was taken professionally, courteous, and set my expectations. I knew they would be busy after hurricane Ian and gave me a tentative schedule which they met. The Technician that came out, Mike, called me and let me the approximate time he would arrive on a Sunday morning. He was able to figure out the issues and promptly corrected them while keeping me informed throughout the process. I would highly recommend them for any garage door service that may be needed. We had a garage door that would not open today, a Saturday. After calling I was given a time frame for same day service . The tech arrived during that time . He diagnosed the issues & went to work. Creighton, the tech, was courteous, friendly & competent. The repair was expensive (more than we expected), but that seems to be the way today for everything. We appreciated getting the repair done without a long wait. A disappointing policy of this co. is a $79 charge for an estimate . Our experience was 5 star, but I will give them 4 stars based on the charge for an estimate, as there are many people that cannot afford this.

The chain on my garage door opener broke and they had already fixed another part and I just did not want to put more money into an old worn out unit. Mark installed a new a little over a hour we had a fully functional, quiet garage door and the door code works!!! great work courteous and no pressure. it was my idea to just replace it! No more fixing it cost. It is such an improvement and worth it!!

Came home Saturday evening only to find that the garage door would not go up due to a broken spring. Called Precision Door that same evening and at 8:20 AM the following Sunday morning Jason was at our door. He evaluated the situation, made a couple of recommendations to upgrade the springs and bearings, which he had on his truck. He then proceeded to remove the old bearings and springs and showed how the replacement parts were of a much better quality and that they would be warrantied for 7-years. He completed the work very quickly and left with the door operating better than it did new. I highly recommend Precision Door Services and their technician Jason H.
