Precision Garage Door was replacing broken springs on my neighbors garage door. I asked Precision's technician Adam McMahan to stop by when he corrected the neighbors problem. Adam troubleshot my issues with my worn out garage door opener. I scheduled the install of a new belt drive garage door opener for the next day. Adam was awesome! He arrived on time and had my new opener installed less than two hours later. Precision Garage Door; their technician & there product exceeded all my expectations. Adam was courteous and professional. He gave a good overview of the operation of the new opener (vast improvement over my old 12 year old system).

Excellent service! The crew came out sooner than expected and quickly assessed the problem. The provided three courses of action to resolve the problem. They were very professional and courteous. They kept me informed at all times and after the install, they went over everything with me. The price was very fair. I have used other companies in the past and Precision Garage Door Service is hands down the best in North Alabama. I highly recommend these guys! They know what they are doing!

My garage door became disconnected and after trying to youtube it and fix it myself- I had to call Precision. He came out, lifted the door until it stopped, brought it back down and pushed the garage door button. All in a matter of 5 seconds. It worked. I said please don't charge me $75 for this. He said he had to but he would grease the door for me. I was very upset- I wish there was something he could've done to waive the $75 service fee. A new single mom days before Christmas- think next time I will ask around for help before I call a professional. Bad move on my part.

One of our garage door springs broke late Thursday evening so I decided to call Precision the next morning but I got busy and forgot to call until almost lunch. I was told they could be at my house at 4:30 and they were there They replaced both springs and were gone in less than 20 minutes Way to go Precision fast service and a great job

I really appreciate the company for sending the technician to my home after I got off from work. Hunter (the technician) was very knowledgeable and courteous.
