Precision Door was an absolute lifesaver! My family had just moved into a new home and had issues with our garage door, so we filed a home warranty claim. The initial company that was sent out determined that we would need to replace the door and components since it was over 20 years old. I made the mistake of ordering the door through that company and after waiting almost 3 months for them to come install it, the door that was installed was put on crooked, there were over 2 inch gaps on all sides, hardware was missing, and the panels were dented. I was unaware of this since they installed it while I was working. Whenever I tried calling for them to come back out, their phone numbers were all disconnected and their website was down! That's when I made a call to Precision Door and they came out quickly and assessed the situation and we went ahead and ordered a door through them. It's been less than a month and they have the door we had to wait to come in installed and it's perfect. No defects, no dents, no missing hardware. The technicians had it installed in less than two hours and were extremely professional. I could not recommend this company enough for their customer service and attention to detail. You will ALWAYS have my business and I will refer you to whomever I can. Thank you!

Your tech Chandler was very knowledgeable and efficient. My issue was since he was already here to do the roller replacement and 25 point inspection for the price advertised in the coupon book, a service fee was quoted to do anything beyond that. He was already here. I would have paid for the sensor replacement of $130.00 if another $ 90.00 wasn’t going to be added on for a service call fee. That “fee” should have been waved, he was already here ! I would have liked to have received a copy of what his 25 point inspection resulted in and what he found during that inspection.
