I called Monday after 5 pm. Next morning they were here an hour early. Wow. What service. Courteous and professional. Answered my questions. I have used them before circa garage issue. Messed up twice. Brought the wrong door. Couple of weeks later installed a damaged door, which they noticed while installing, but old door had been removed so they had to finish it out. Arrived today another two weeks or month and installed an unblemished door. Got it right.. Good job!

How refreshing! Justin came to my house on the initial call just to go over my 19 year old garage doors (2-dr/3 car). He took just a few minutes of looking over the current condition, then showed us his recommendations with 4 different options associated. We picked our option, expecting to set up the next appointment. Justin looked at us and said it should take about an hour. He completely went over both doors replacing springs, rollers, seals and realigning the door frame. He even reprogrammed our openers to adjust to the new springs. Steller work Justin! I haven't seen this quality of service in many years. Way to go Precision.

The receptionist was very professional and helpful in getting an appointment in place to replace a broken spring. The technician (Heath) was excellent!! He was very professional and through in outlining the options available to fix the broken spring. He also pointed out areas that were potential problems. I was very pleased with the repair and will definitely use them for any future garage door issues. I highly recommend Precision Door!!

I am not a happy camper. ....Your add, in the Coupon Express stated Free Service Call (if service repair over $100.00) also the same add stated a 50% discount on the second spring.I did not receive either of these printed offers.

We bought a garage door from Precision a few years ago. However, we failed to properly lubricate the spring as originally instructed. Thus, it broke. I called Precision and an experienced technician came out. He carefully looked at our door/spring/parts and told me what happened (he could tell it had never been lubricated withOUT me telling him). He gave a price for the spring replacement, then an option that would include a life-time guarantee. We chose the life-time guarantee, and he went to work replacing everything this included. He was professional, efficient, and easy to work with. He was training a new employee and was patient with him. We are highly satisfied with Precision.
