The technician they sent out was Hunter Taylor and he was simply AMAZING! He was able to diagnose my problems for both garage doors in no time! He was super polite, friendly, and professional. He serviced both of my garage doors in so little time and did it CORRECTLY. He was very knowledgable about the equipment i had and was able to answer each of my questions i had. My scheduled apt. Time was 2:00 pm but the tech. was in my neighborhood so he gave me a courtesy call, I was not home but told him the garage door was unlocked and I would just have to trust him. Not only was he trustworthy he was very knowledgeable and timely in locating the problem. Replaced the board and had it fixed within 45 minutes. I know who to call the next time I have a problem. Austin is a nice guy and very knowledgeable. He solved the problem right away which made me feel so much better! I would recommend Precision to all my friends. They have been to my home a couple of times and each time was a pleasant experience. We also spoke about a new garage door opener in the future and I was kind of bummed that I would have to get a contractor to remove a small amount of sheetrock on the top of the mount where the belt runs... Precision was available to take calls on a Sunday afternoon for appointments the next day. They showed up on time, with prior phone notice, and did what they promised to do to repair my door springs. The price I paid was somewhat higher than some other local companies, but they earned their money with their quick response.

My first experience with Precision Garage Door was back in August 2017. I contacted Precision to install two new LiftMaster garage door openers. TJ Cooley was the technician that did the job and I was very pleased with the service and the results. Yesterday (Saturday), the spring on my 2-door garage opener broke. I called Precision, their customer service rep answered quickly, and she scheduled a technician to come to my home. TJ Cooley called me a few minutes later and said he would be at my home within 30 minutes. He came, did the repair job, and I'm very happy with the results. Everything took less than 2 hours -> from the time I made the initial call to Precision until the repair was completed. To have this kind of excellent service (especially on a weekend) is outstanding. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door.

Call on a Sunday to make an appointment for Monday morning. By 10 an Monday my garage door was repaired. Did not even need a new motor!
