My Technician's name was Joe I. He was very polite and professional. Before he got started, Joe showed me, on his notepad, all of my options in terms of repairs and upgrades - without any pressure to do more than I was comfortable with. Once we collaborated on the best steps forward, he then outlined what he was planning to do, what outcome I should expect, and the timeframe for completion. Everything went as he stated. He said it would take about two hours, and he finished just under that time. He cleaned up and informed me of the warranty. It was a very pleasant experience. I would recommend Precision and Joe I. to family and friends.

They installed our garage door 2 years ago, and they were magnificent. The set up was clean, orderly, and efficient. They made sure all the controls were done correctly and the outside keypads too Now... there was an obscure beeping. Joe Igla analyzed all the symptoms... difficult when the doors were still operating corectly. What can I adjust replace? The battery. While the doors operate on line voltage, they still have rechargeable batteries to keep the programming in case of a power outage. Success! Good analysis!

Brandon Brown was at our home in Camas this morningtto repair a broken spring and worn torsion bar. It was simply a delight to have him as the technician. He was courteous, prompt, knowledgeable, and very respectful. He did a thorough inspection of both overhead doors, explained where things were in good condition and less-than-good condition. Brandon presented several options and we settled on one. He then got to work and completed the job quite quickly. He then cleaned the work area and was one his way. I was very impressed. He was extremely well mannered and showed the highest degree of professionalism.

Saturday morning, July 1, the belt broke on the garage door. Internet search found Precision, a local company that did repairs on Saturdays. Called & got an appointment for that afternoon. The technician was friendly & personable, even though it was very hot in the garage. Existing opener was too small for door & had issues closing before it broke. Technician gave us information & options. We choose a new chain drive & he installed it right away even though it was now past 5 pm. So pleased with Precision & especially the technician. (So sorry I can't remember his name!)

Listen I am in business to make money as much as the next guy, but to claim fair prices and be $150-$200 over your competition is absurd. All my neighbors vouched for you guys, and i even was shown copies of their old invoices, so i was comfortable committing to the service fee and not calling any other spots for quotes. The invoice my neighbor showed me had 2 springs replaced and bearings done for $275? Why was i quoted $435 for 1? Joe mentioned he had the plates included but i still don’t understand how 2 small metal pieces work out to an additional $160 Seems like an unfair quote or prices have really skyrocketed during COVID? I also called another garage door company while Joe waited for me and i explained to him the price they were telling me, but it didn’t seem to work for him. I agreed to the service fee, so i paid it. I’m not going to argue over warranties and value that you feel you provide, however i will get the value of the dollars i paid in google and yelp reviews. I am in a retail business myself and i would never trade an unhappy customer for $54, but hey good luck to you!

I have refunded the entire service charge plus tax ($54.15) to you and that should appear on your credit card statement within a few days. I ended up having Aaron’s garage Door company come out. And the technician fixed my door using all the current parts for their service charge of $89 he said there is a 13 month warranty on the service. He said the spring and bearings look to have a lot of life yet, the door track just needed to be attached to the wall better and put the rollers in line. He also tightened my spring. Exactly what i was expecting as far as the service necessary and cost. It’s all about integrity and your honesty in the evaluation of my door. I know i love in a nice area, but quotes and service offerings should not differ based upon impressions. Kind of what it felt like yesterday. Take a look at Aaron’s google and yelp reviews, and do what’s right. It always pays off in the long run!
