My Technician's name was Joe I. He was very polite and professional. Before he got started, Joe showed me, on his notepad, all of my options in terms of repairs and upgrades - without any pressure to do more than I was comfortable with. Once we collaborated on the best steps forward, he then outlined what he was planning to do, what outcome I should expect, and the timeframe for completion. Everything went as he stated. He said it would take about two hours, and he finished just under that time. He cleaned up and informed me of the warranty. It was a very pleasant experience. I would recommend Precision and Joe I. to family and friends.

We have called 3X and each time they have LIVE PERSON ON PHONE to schedule and/or talk over problem. They have had someone out to our place within 24 hours. Scott & Jo both were friendly, patient, and professional. They have everything needed to address your issue when they arrive, and each time everything left clean or cleaner than when they got there. We are extremely happy with their service and their staff. Highly recommend them.

Saturday morning, July 1, the belt broke on the garage door. Internet search found Precision, a local company that did repairs on Saturdays. Called & got an appointment for that afternoon. The technician was friendly & personable, even though it was very hot in the garage. Existing opener was too small for door & had issues closing before it broke. Technician gave us information & options. We choose a new chain drive & he installed it right away even though it was now past 5 pm. So pleased with Precision & especially the technician. (So sorry I can't remember his name!)
