Very impressed with the rapid response to our request to come out and look at our garage. They came out on a Easter holiday and did the work. We have a lifetime warranty and we are very impressed with the modern technology associated with opening a garage door now. Worth every penny we spent, and the guys were very customer friendly.

Wow!!!! Gouge much?? $749 to fix a garage door???? Your labor prices and fees are exorbitant!!! If you want a good review, you will need to knock off a minimum of $250 and credit back to our card. The guys did a good job, but the price is simply unacceptable. The only reason we used you is because we remembered having a spring replaced some time ago. Once this monetary adjustment is met, I will give a positive review. Otherwise, expect a negative post on the NextDoor app.

I am very pleased with the service I got from Chris. He solved the problem by showing and explaining to me what caused the garage door not to go up or down when I used the door panel. The cord had accidentally moved out of place but once he moved the cord to the right places, the problem was solved. Chris was very helpful and courteous in telling me what went wrong. The costs was high, the parts almost 5 times the price of the part based on a quick online search. I will not use them again because of this reason. However, the service was quick and excellent. If their rates were a little more reasonable, I would put this company down as my go to for my home and friends. The labor was only $150, which in my opinion was low. They also tried to charge me 5% for using a credit card. This instantly upset me because I know most card companies would never charge over 3% at the max and they are using this as a profit center. This is ridiculous. Credit charges are expenses of the business and should not be charged back to customers and certainly not as a profit center.
