Garage door had come off track. I called on Friday and had extensive wait on the telephone. I was asked if I wanted 8-4 or 1-5 on Saturday. When I opted for 8-4 I received an email confirmation. I was home from 8-12 and at 5 minutes until 12 I had heard nothing. I called and they said the tech was running behind, but should be there by 1:00. Then I was asked if I wanted to remain 8-12 or change to 8-10 Saturday night. I told them I had already waited more than 4 hours so I would stay 8-12. At 1:30 I called again and was pit on hold for a long time as the operator talked to her Manager. I was then told they would be there by two. At 2:00 I received a call from a tech telling me that I was 1 of 2 customers that was scheduled 2-4 in Fort Worth but he had already talked to the other customer, so it would be 3:30 before he got to me. I responded “ I have not ever been 2-4 but always 8-4. He said that these two customers had been pit on his schedule as 2-4. After speaking to his Manager he came to my house first. After waiting fir 7 hours, the work was done correctly but was very expensive for the 30 minutes work vs the wasted time incurred.

Collin was my technician that replaced my garage door spring. Very knowledgeable, and replaced springs quickly. Garage previously squealed when opened/closed, he fixed that for us by lubing hinges, roller, and rail at no cost. We were satisfied with repair, and service.

The two gentlemen who came out, Austin and another man, were very professional and personable. I had called around 1:40 in the afternoon when my garage door had broken. We couldn’t get the door up or down. It was just hanging at a diagonal angle. They arrived at 3:10 and were finished at 3:35. They replaced cables and insured the door was functioning properly. They gave me a quote prior to starting and it did not change when it came time to complete payment. I would recommend Precision Door to anyone needing garage door repair. Was here right on time which is perfect with me working from home. Came in saw what was wrong fixed it. in and out in under a hour. Came out of his truck with his mask on. Did some awesome work. Will highly recommend them to anyone i know that needs any garage door work big or small. We only needed to replace a bracket. He fixed that, reset the open and close limits on the door, tightened a screw that was coming loose, and lubed all the rollers. All of that was extra work for him and time out in the 100 degree heat.
