Six years ago we purchased two garage doors from Precision Door and all went well. This week three panels needed replacing and nothing went well. After an estimate, they require half the cost to be paid before anything work could be done - this should have been a warning to me! On the day of installation, no one showed up. The next day, after repeated phone calls where each time I was assured that a manager or scheduler would calls back, I finally got a call in the late afternoon rescheduling the installation. When the installer arrived, the wrong size panels had been ordered and installation was again delayed.

Unfortunately, the attempt today did not solve the problem with my remote controls. Both the service man and I thought he had solved the problem. Everything was working so he left. Problem returned.
