My garage door spring broke and I couldn’t get my car out for and appointment. The technician was here in about 20 minutes. The technician replaced the spring in 30 minutes and I made my appointment. ??????????????????
Your company was recommended to me by a co-worker. I appreciated being put on the list as the first appointment of the day due to the fact I am a nightshift worker and get home at 0730 in the AM. Having to stay up until late in the day is hard on my sleep cycle so I was thankful for that consideration. The Technician, Victor, was very nice and professional and made the repairs look easy. Obviously it was something I could not have done myself. He explained everything in "Layman's" terms so I could follow along. I have received the copy of the receipt and would like to know how to get a copy of the 4 year warranty that was paid for? Also a breakdown of the parts and work done rather than just a 1 page Receipt. From what I could see on Vincent's Tablet, it looked a lot longer than just 1 page. We (my Fiancée and I) are very pleased with the work performed and will recommend your company to our friends and colleagues if need be. Thank you.
