Our 19 yr old garage door opener stopped working on Christmas day. I called the following day to schedule service, fully expecting them to say a week or two. The operator was courteous and sympathetic to our situation. She scheduled a technician to visit within 24 hours. The technician, Victor, showed up earlier than scheduled. He was courteous and polite. After a brief inspection of our problem, he gave me a detailed explanation of what was needed and got right to work. After completion of the work, he gave me instructions on the new opener and a demonstration of its features. Precision Door made the best of a bad situation. Hopefully I will not have any more garage door or opener issues, but if I do I will definitely choose precision door for the work. I would recommend them to anyone else.

Would recommend this company. Called and they came out same day for broken spring on garage door. I used last 25years Overhead door Whitehall when I called them gave me appt Dec 28 no 24hr service unless you are commercial. Will never call them again.
