My garage door spring broke and I couldn’t get my car out for and appointment. The technician was here in about 20 minutes. The technician replaced the spring in 30 minutes and I made my appointment. ??????????????????

To be honest, I called Overhead Door first because that's the garage door opener we have. I had to leave a message on an automated system which left me unsure. I saw good reviews about Precision Doors and I saw that a "live operator" would take my call. A technician was able to come here today and was able to fix the door. The technician, Victor Niyoncuti, was very courteous and professional. I would recommend Precision Door to anyone else.

First off I had no idea who to call when I had a busted spring. I just took my chances with Precision. I liked Precision's web site and called them. They were able to come next day in the morning. Prices are higher as everywhere because of Covid. The fellow that came was on time and very courteous. He explained exactly what had to be done and all costs. He went to work and the whole job took just over an hour.

Scheduling was easy, they use text, email, and calling to notify you of your appointment and when they'll be at your house. Greg was on time, very polite and knowledgeable. I originally called for a broken extension spring repair but upon Greg explaining my options I decided to get a new opener also. From start to finish it took him about 3 hours, including cleanup of all debris etc. It was a pleasure working with Precision and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
