We have used Precision Door Service since moving to our house in 2019. They have not only professionally serviced our doors multiple times, but were our choice to replace both our doors when the time came. This visit was because one of the doors stopped working due to a wire issue. Our technician Victor Niyoncuti came on time, was able to diagnose the issue quickly; also realized the remote was no longer working and replaced both old remotes; programed them (2); AND replaced the outside opener and programmed it which was NOT on the initial ticket!!! He did it with a smile, allowing me to watch and ask questions while he worked! It was a pleasure to have this technician at our home to fix the issues. I would highly recommend Precision Door Service and will continue to call on them when needed. Again, job Well DONE!!

I called Precision Garage Doors on 10/23/24 and got an appointment for 10/24/24 between 1 and 5 pm. On the morning of the 24th my door would not open at all. While I was in the garage I received a call from the technician saying he could come out right away. This was very fortunate since my wife and I had appointments that we would have to reschedule since our cars were stuck in the garage. Within 15-20 minutes the technician arrived. He inspected the door and found I had a broken spring. He replaced the springs and the bearings, made sure the door guides were level and made some adjustments. All In a matter of 35 minutes. The door was working and we made our appointments. I highly recommend Precision Garage Doors highly. The technician was a lifesaver.

Your help, punctuality, and politeness was above and beyond. My son’s garage door was in shambles, your company inspected the problems ,arrived several days later and wow the garage door works GREAT. Thank you immensely. John K
