    I called Precision Garage Doors on 10/23/24 and got an appointment for 10/24/24 between 1 and 5 pm. On the morning of the 24th my door would not open at all. While I was in the garage I received a call from the technician saying he could come out right away. This was very fortunate since my wife and I had appointments that we would have to reschedule since our cars were stuck in the garage. Within 15-20 minutes the technician arrived. He inspected the door and found I had a broken spring. He replaced the springs and the bearings, made sure the door guides were level and made some adjustments. All In a matter of 35 minutes. The door was working and we made our appointments. I highly recommend Precision Garage Doors highly. The technician was a lifesaver.

Technician Victor arrived and promptly diagnosed the problem. Since our two garage doors & openers were 18 years old we decided to replace both doors & openers.
