Our double garage door would not open; mechanical issue with overhead motor that raises the door. Will from Precision Door Service arrived promptly on a Saturday to repair our door within a very short time of our call to the service center. Will thoroughly explained what was needed to repair the issue, discussed what systems we could choose from, and then proceeded to fix the door with the new product. Will made sure everything was in proper working order before he left, and cleaned up all the installation packaging upon completion. Great service from a professional employee and company! We highly recommend Precision Door Service.

Shaun and Scott arrived as promised. I shared what issues I had with garage doors and they figured out the problem immediately. The service man that came out for our repair was Scott Trainor. He called is and let us know he was 20 minutes out and was on his way. Once he arrived he introduced himself, listened to our problem and got on it right away. He was very knowledgeable about the working parts and had our's repaired right away. He worked with us to ensure it worked properly and that we were able to work it. We are so happy we found PrecisionDoor Service. Matt, the technician, called 25 minutes prior to the appointment time and arrived promptly as scheduled. After a brief analysis he replaced the circuit board on the opener and fixed the problem. He also replaced the rubber strip at the bottom of the door. His total inspection, analysis, repair, and check out took only about 1 hour. He was very thorough and efficient, and the repair costs were very fair.

Everything went smooth. The tech Mark was extremely knowledgeable, and unexpectedly efficient. After checking the entire door and mechanics for any deeper issues he was still finished within an hour of his arrival. He was very professional and courteous. Definitely an example employee.
