The service man that came out for our repair was Scott Trainor. He called is and let us know he was 20 minutes out and was on his way. Once he arrived he introduced himself, listened to our problem and got on it right away. He was very knowledgeable about the working parts and had our's repaired right away. He worked with us to ensure it worked properly and that we were able to work it. We are so happy we found PrecisionDoor Service. We definantly have this company on speed dial and will relate this information to all our friends in our 55 plus community and family as well! Thank You

Matt, the technician, called 25 minutes prior to the appointment time and arrived promptly as scheduled. After a brief analysis he replaced the circuit board on the opener and fixed the problem. He also replaced the rubber strip at the bottom of the door. His total inspection, analysis, repair, and check out took only about 1 hour. He was very thorough and efficient, and the repair costs were very fair.

A spring broke on my garage door and I have used Precision in the past to replace the rollers and tune up the door. They did a great job in 2014 when they did the work so I wanted to give them another shot. I called them around 1 when the issue occurred, they had a tech out to my house by 4 PM, and he completed the job of replacing the springs and bearings by about 5:30 PM. The service tech Matt was very helpful, and explained everything that he was doing. He did a thorough and quality job, and I felt good about the work that was being completed. I would recommend this company and definitely use them again for any garage door needs.
