“The cheap garage door spring installed by our home builder broke, so we reached out to Precision. They were very attentive and offered good customer service from the beginning. Alex arrived and converted the door spring to a long-lasting system with a lifetime warranty. It cost a bit more than a simple repair, but rather than shelling out money every five years, we won’t have to worry about the issue ever again. Alex was very professional, communicated well and was finished with the work sooner than expected. The whole thing took just over 1 hr. I highly recommend Precision Door Service.”

“I called Precision late Friday afternoon and I had a technician at my door 8:30 Saturday morning. In 15 minutes I had four repair options from replacing just the obviously broken parts to completely replacing the entire door. I consider all estimates reasonable and the technician had my chosen work completed two hours later. I was very impressed with the technician and would definitely recommend other people consider Precision.”

He listened to our needs and didn't just push us towards most expensive options. The installer team was fantastic, as well! For one thing, they got a stubborn, in-the-way cabinet off the wall after we tried and failed to do it. They were friendly, did a great job, and made sure we understood how everything worked. “I scheduled a service call for an issue with my garage door. Service person arrived on time, was friendly and pleasant. But he was totally focused on upselling a long list of new parts for my 2 year old product. Even when I said no, he continued.Above all, the price charged was too high for the small adjustments that I agreed to have him make. Next time I’ll call Wayne Dalton. The owner called me to get my input. He agreed to reduce the charge significantly to include only the work that actually needed to be done. Based on our conversation I increased the satisfaction rating to 5 stars.”
