Precision recently installed a new garage door & opener at my home. I'm extremely satisfied with the results!! The garage door (walnut finish / carriage door appearance) is gorgeous & I've gotten a lot of compliments on it. The opener is much quieter than the one it replaced, and works perfectly. The technicians installed both the door & opener in about 3 hours, which was much quicker than I had anticipated. They were friendly & professional, and did an excellent job installing the door & opener. The cost was very competitive with other places. Overall I'm very happy that I choose Precision for the job! I highly recommend them.

We were lucky to have Rob the technician come out to help with our garage door and opener. He did an awesome job explaining the problem and offered us some cost effective solutions. He fixed the door so it could be used safely until a new door and opener can be installed.

Best move I could have made in selecting a new set of garage doors. The salesman(Dough)-two of the most skilled,quick installers,answering all questions and cleanup was far beyond what I had expected for the complete job. Mike who had met with me twice to complete the contract was superior at his job,and has a very pleasing personality, and much knowledge in all aspects of your product.

I first called Precision to replace the double, overhead garage spring that broke. I also had the other spring replaced to be sure I had equal spring action in raising and lowering the door with the automatic door opener. When I could not lower the door after repeated trials and not seeing what the problem was I called Precision. The service man arrived shortly prior to the time quoted over the telephone. That was very important to me due to the value of all the tools, tractor, furniture, etc. that was in the garage and now open to the public. The problem of a worn roller coming off the track was quickly fixed with new rollers, oiled and greased track and resetting the door to work smoothly. Five stars for sure!
