The service was excellent. Mike gave me a 30 minute notice as to when he would arrive and he was on time. He answered all my questions and gave added advice on how to maintain the garage door. This is our second garage door from Precision (we have two garage doors at our home). I recommend this company highly.

From the very first time I stopped in just to get a rough estimate, to the final conversation to actually purchase from Precision , I was impressed at just how informative everyone has been. I did alot of searching for a door and compared just about every door company in this whole area. When looking at the big picture I felt the best choice was precision...their life time warranty on parts and labor sealed it for me. Just compare the springs, hardware, and rollers Precision uses its a no brainer. Mathew came on time and got right to work. He did a great job with the installation and explaining how to maintain and care for our door. I couldn't believe he even swept up after himself even beyond his working area. I called on Wednesday night around 5 and they were at my door by 8am the next morning. I would give them zero stars if possible. Service came out in May to fix the fact that the door wasn't closing because the "eye" was misaligned. The charge was $150 plus tax for 5 minutes of work. The same thing kept happening so we called again today. They fixed the same thing (less than 5 minutes) and charged another $75 plus tax. I obviously would not recommend them to anyone nor would I ever call them again.
