Technician was there within two hours from my call . Hard to believe but job was done within 3 hours of lookoriginal call, and well done. Only problem is that the cost of the service call was much higher than I was told on phone, but I was desperate and would have agreed to actual price. So experience was truly positive.

Highly recommend Precision Door! Nick came out and repaired our existing garage door opener and did a fantastic job! He was quick and efficient. Will definitely use Precision in the future when we get a new garage door!

It was very easy to book the service on their website. I used them to repair my garage door and install a new garage door opener. The service tech(John) was on time, advised me on what was needed, and gave an estimate on how long the work would take. He was thorough with his work, I am happy with my garage door repair and new garage door opener.

I can't say enough good about my experience with Precision. My husband and I discovered that our spring had broken on our garage door and we had to find a repair place. I just googled around to find them and read the reviews before scheduling the appointment online at 3:30 on a Monday. Our appointment was confirmed and our technician Eric was over by about 4:15. One thing I loved was that they sent a photo of him before he arrived - really nice touch! From the get-go, he was very friendly and professional. Gave us all our different options and price points, didn't pressure us one way or the other, but offered his opinion and what he would do in our situation. As a woman, I often feel like I get talked down to a lot by professionals in this line of work (contractors, mechanics, etc.) or that they just ignore me completely and talk to my husband instead. Eric did not make me feel like this at ALL. Super nice guy and very approachable! When we made our decision, he got to work immediately (already had all the parts and tools in his truck) and was done by 6 that night! He was happy to explain everything to my husband, answer our questions and give some advice on regular maintenance. We are SO happy we went with Precision for our garage door repair. It was simple and smooth to arrange the appointment, Eric was a delight and we have the peace of mind with a great warranty on the work!
