I will refer Precision to any neighbor or relative. Why, i really never expected same day service but after I spoke with the girl in the office she said that she could have a person there in a couple of hours. Then 20 minutes later I receive a call, on the phone was Daniel, he said he would be at my home in 15 minutes, unbelievable. I was impressed with his knowledge of the entire situation. He gave me 3 options, explained in detail all options. He repaired the problem in a timely manner. Good job Precision.

Do your homework and get some estimates before signing on the dotted line!! I WAY overpaid for the work and 5 year service contract. When I called for an adjustment, they tried to give instructions over the phone to do it myself. When the problem couldn't be fixed, they told me I needed to (over) spend again to get the door to work correctly. Rich's Expert Door is the way to go!

8/3 /2019. 6yr old garage door would not stay up. Expected $100-150. Repair. Ended up $400 for new springs. Can not believe original springs could not be adjusted. Tech insisted on new springs. It would be nice if they listed repair costs. O well lesson learned. Call around get quotes. Not saying precision is bad company. Arm yourself with knowledge of costs when dealing with technicians......
