Well from the first call to the office, I believe the girls name Maryann, to a surprisingly appointment the same day with Jason whom I put through the wringers on different options for me. I made the decision to go with a door opener only. My problem is my door was damaged on delivery a year ago from a delivery guy and it still hasn’t been replaced, but do to a medical condition I need an opener. I will order a door from Precision Door. I need to have the door I have replaced and shipped back to the builder of my garage. The installer Matt was outstanding, as was the scheduling dept, office staff and Jason all A+1

After the spring repair, I had a sales person come out to price replacing the garage door. The sales person was at the house for over hour and was lacking professionalism. I finally kicked him out when he said he could match any other company’s price on a “shitty garage door” and Precision could install the “same shitty garage door.” The entire production included more than enough sales gimmicks. There are better company’s out there.

Hey Jeff, I apologize you were offended with the estimators foul language. He should know better. With that said, we can match any price on a lower quality door. We carry a full line of products, which includes cheap builder grade doors that are very common in this area. It is our goal to educate our customer so they can make the best decision for themselves. We can also show you the difference between a high quality door and one of these poorly made doors while we are there. You should have gotten prices for both. I assume that is why he was there for over an hour. Perhaps we struggled to deliver that information. I'm not sure what you mean by "sales gimmicks" we have the best products and warranty in the industry. No Gimmicks, just good deals!

Had a garage door installed by a competitor closer to us years back... had it come off the rails a year ago. Called the installer for a repair and spent a lot of $. Service through them as a joke, woman on the phone rude, and took 3 months to deposit out check. When the door jumped the track again in a couple more months, we asked friends for recommendations and Prescision came highly recommended. Our technician Rob was great, gave quotes on 3 different levels of repair options, and was not pushy. Turned out the initial install should have been a torsion install for the door size and weight, and the installer used general spring system, causing improper lifting, weight shirt, etc, and thus the jumping of tracks. Rob did the repair we chose and assures us that any further issues are covered and to call. Over a year later the door did have another catching issue. Called Rob directly, he set up the appointment with the office and came to make adjustments. He’s honest, thorough, and quick to reply. I trust him completely. Precision is lucky to have him!
