I wish I would go with someone different. Take your business to a better local companies who stand behind their words. Terrible customer service. Placed order in August 8th, showing on invoice lead time 4-6 weeks, after making payment they tell me the door will come in 12 weeks. After contacting them in beginning of November they told me end of November. They have been playing this game and now last day of November, and the door is not installed the call me and saying mid December. What a company i wish I will place zero stars for the kind of service. There are many garage door companies and they will be happy to take her business. Not like those big franchise companies they just want your money but all you get just promises.

Phil came out to give us an estimate and repaired a spring long enough for Precision to install the new door. He was personable and gave us all options. Mike, the installer was very knowledgeable and reviewed everything with us and we feel very confident. We chose Precision for two reasons. We saw the coupon in our mailer and a friend also had their door replaced and are happy!

I think as a whole I am very pleased with the new door that was installed. The technician was courteous and professional. I was unhappy that someone was smoking in my garage and there were cigarette butts left in driveway. Not a big deal but unprofessional. I also thought they could have swept up a little but area was cleaned up. My biggest issue was that they reused the wiring from my original opener they was 20+ years old. Would have expected those to be replaced since I was paying for it. Lastly… I will call service but the chain on opener seems to be loosening. It is getting louder than after it was installed.

A gentleman stopped buy w/in the hour to give an estimate and he was able to explain everything to me, and I got a new garage door opener 3 days later. I also was able to get a package deal, a discount off my opener, and the assurance I have some of the best equipment out there that will last for many years. I calculated the cost of what I saved in the long run $1300! I'll take that. The man was very nice, didn't pressure me to buy anything, explained the cost differences, and even adjusted his installation because the previous opener was installed incorrectly. The new opener is insanely nice and I am very happy with it. He saved me so much money and the disaster of the old opener failing and trapping my car inside. Thank you very much!

Our door died late at night. I called Precision at 10 to 7 AM. They answered the phone!! By 10 AM our door was fixed and I made my 11 AM appt. The technician was professional and informative about the repair and Precision. We knew we were going to replace our door and opener. When they said they would apply the repair cost towards the purchase, the decision was easy. We bought an insulated door and opener and are impressed with the door's thermal quality and the quietness of the opener. We are really impressed with this company and it's culture.

Very disappointed with the installer Joe Calato he was disrespectful to my home and has poor work quality. They had to have the manager come and fix everything the right way and he was here 3hrs. The install of the new door should have taken 4hrs. we were told by them. Total hrs they worked on this job was 11hrs. Very disappointed!

Jesse arrived promptly to replace a broken spring on a heavy 10 year old wood door. I decided to take the package to rebuild two of our doors. Rollers, springs, cables, pulleys, etc. after Jesse explained the difference in the original materials and superior materials offered by Precision. Gaining a 10 year warranty was also an important factor. Jesse was incredibly efficient and skilled and now there is a tremendous difference in the operation of the doors. Smooth, quiet and balanced so that the opener motors are less stressed. I plan to do the rebuild on the third door soon as it is not used as often as the other two. Great job and great service.

Awesome reviews on the web. This was the second time Precision has been here. The first time the door itself was repaired and my husband said he was okay with just that and sent the repair guy on his way. ????????????????!!! I knew we needed a new opener and in the meantime, any murdering lunatic could have come into our home 24/7, through the unsecured garage door! Mario installed the new opener and he is awesome. What a nice man and he did a great job!

I have a very old wooden garage door and some of the rollers had come off the rails. I also have an automatic garage door opener rigged to it that a friend installed several years ago. Let me just say that my hopes of it being able to be repaired were rather slim, but I thought there might be a possibility. Collin was the tech who came to the house and he did a very good job of doing what he could to get the door to manually slide on the rails again but the door itself was breaking apart. Collin was extremely helpful to suggest the best new door and opener that would best suit my needs. He was very professional, personable and trustworthy. I can't wait to have the new door installed which will add a nice styling detail to my home. I heartily recommend Precision Door and 'thank you' Collin for your expertise!
