Thanks Precision Door. Your technician did a great job explaining the parts needed, the time frame to expect and he was very helpful. We were very confident that your folks would do a great job again for us. We used your experts at our other house and never to this day have ever had another issue with our garage doors. Knowing that we could get repairs the sameday was priceless since my vehicle was in the garage with a broken spring on our door.

We had a spring broke at the most in opportune time. Basically our house was holding our vehicles hostage. So, I called Precision at 8:30 in the morning. They had a technician (Patrick) by 10:00 a.m. and he was able to obtain the springs necessary and returned at 3:00 and fixed by 4:00. Patrick was very professional and informative. He gave me an estimate before the work was started and he didn’t miss by much. Needless to say, we have nothing but good things to say about Precision. Highly recommended.
