Had an issue with a gap between the bottom of the garage door and the garage floor. Thought that the door needed a larger seal and sent out for a quote to have it repaired. One company quoted a price without coming out - but Precision Garage Door arranged to have Matt (service technician) come out to look at the door before providing a quote. As it turns out, Matt explained that the issue is not the seal but an older model garage door opener that will need to be replaced to ensure the garage door makes full contact with the garage floor. Matt discussed a recommended garage door model along with it's features and sent a quote to me for review. Though I haven't decided yet upon proceeding with the garage door opener replacement, I am grateful for the due deligence that Precision Garage Door arranged along with Matt's technical knowledge to avoid a fix that would have been less than satisfactory. If I replace the garage door opener, Precision Garage Door will likely have my business.

EXTREMELY disappointed with the level of service provided today, and frustrated I even had to pay for the service. The technician did not follow instructions, did not contact the correct person for cost approval and laughed at us on the phone when asked about it. Why was I expected to just pay outright when he didn't even follow directions? When I called the office, nothing was even done to correct the tech's behavior. How can he get away with being disrespectful to a new client? The lack of communication and the inability to follow direction is so unprofessional. After getting off the phone, I find out from another family member the tech's didn't even fix the issue on their own, one of my family member's had to help!!!!

I tried 4 other garage door service companies whose online ads stated they had "EMERGENCY" service response but none of them were available. Becoming frustrated as it was approaching 7:00 on a Friday evening and my door was fully open and would not close, I was fortunate to contact Precision. A technician arrived within the hour. Frankie was very professional, diagnosed the problem, quoted me a reasonable price and had my door operating good as new by 9:15. I highly recommend everyone place Precision at the top of their call list, as I have, to avoid wasting time dealing with other so-called emergency service "providers" who simply don't provide the service. A well trained professional arrived on time, equipped and trained to perform the service. Arnold did not waste his time or ours.
