We were having issues with our garage door openers shortly after returning home from a vacation. We called Precision and they came out within a few hours. I made a big mistake and ruined my once fully functioning garage door to a garage door that wasn't even securing my home (my garage door was completely off the hinges and NOT securing my home at all)! They were able to come see me immediately that morning, and gave me a reasonable estimate. After agreeing to purchase, they fixed my broken door to at least be secured shut. It was safely secured until they where able to come back and replace it with a new one. The installers came in and absolutely dominated the install! I was suppose to have a certain space open for them to install that I wasn't aware off but they were good about it and let me move what was need for them to complete their job! I appreciate them helping me in a very stressful moment!

Our builder wanted to use another garage door installer, but they kept steering us away from the garage door we wanted in favor of a builder grade door that they had experience with. I found Precision Garage door and explained our situation and the size of the doors we needed. They understood what we wanted to do and had successfully installed the exact doors we wanted with no issues. They ordered everything and installed without a hitch. Great company to work with and would definitely recommend them. The doors are one thing, but they really add the heavy-duty springs and hardware to make sure everything works properly, well beyond the 1st year builder warranty.

Wow I was lucky! I first called the dealer that installed out garage door and they didn't have an opening for a few weeks. I called Precision and Rick was out that day.
