Technician was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable. He looked very young but had lots of knowledge about what my problem was, options and didn’t pressure me to the most expensive choice (longer warranty). He pointed out what was wrong, broken spring, and need for new rollers so not to tax the motor. Efficient and smart

I had a garage door opener, installed by another company, that was nothing but problems. The most recent occasion of it not working, either electronically or manually, the installer said they couldn’t get out onto look at it for two days. We called precision and James came out within two hours. He got the door working so we could pull our cars out. I had the other company remove the defective opener and James came out the same day to install a new one. He was absolutely amazing and the opener seems so much more reliable. I will go to precision for updating our other door. Great company!

Overall had a good experience using Precision to replace some springs that had snapped. The customer service was very excellent. A person answered the phones promptly and gave clear information. They even call back to give updated information. The scheduling timeslots for appointments do not necessarily get within the window, which for myself is reasonable as every job is different and takes more time than others, after all it is an estimated time of arrival. Our technician was Justin - he was very helpful, very honest, and communicated clearly when he would be there and what all he was going to do, with approval only.
