My door opener needed reprograming on the pressure setting. I've had great service from them since day one they've installed my garage doors. The repair person has always been kind and takes the time to explain the issues. I've gotten excellent service every time I've called.

I was referred to you by a family member. I had a spring that needed to be replaced. I was greeted with a smile and a handshake. The representative that provided the work was very pleasant. After the work was completed, another handshake was exchanged before he left. He was on time (actually a little early, and verified via phone call to see if that was okay). I was very please with the service provided!

We were very pleased with the prompt service we received form Precision Door Service. I called around 11 or so on Tuesday to report that our spring had broken on our garage door. They told me they would have someone here between 12 and 2. Ric Gelvin gave us a courtesy call that he would be there in a few minutes. He was here sometime around 12:30. He repaired our garage door. We went to a belt drive system and Ric was very helpful with that also. I never dreamed it would be repaired in the same day.

I have used Precision Garage Doors twice and the service was excellent both times. The technician was knowledgable and professional. The first time was an emergency (to me) and the technician came out early the next morning replaced my spring and I got to work on time! The second time I called to have my opener replaced. Both times the work was done quick and clean and I love my new garage door opener! Also, the office staff were very friendly and helpful. Thank you Precision Garage Door!

I am very pleased with the service I have received. Very fast service and took care of me even that it had been a while since the rubber on the door was installed. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needed these type of services and I will definitely keep your company in mind. It wasn't actually a garage door repair, he just adjusted the rubber piece on the bottom of the door so it was the full length of the door. Thanks so much. Jeanie from C.B.
