We had a great experience from start to finish! Glenn got a quote to us quickly and delivery was eight weeks out as stated. Joe and Barry who installed our new doors were very efficient and clean. After install, they walked my husband through how the new system functions. Doors look great and are extremely quiet when opening and closing! We would highly recommend precision to anyone needing a new garage door!
We noticed that one of our garage doors needed some attention due to one of the windows not looking tight enough. The technician, Ron, came by and looked over both doors very carefully and then explained what needed to be done. He was very professional and very thorough. He answered all our questions and was very patient. Ron assured us the problem would be taken care of and completed within a week or two when the proper part is available. We're very happy with Precision and would recommend them to anyone needing a garage door replacement and/or service.
