Dylan was amazing and this company is amazing. Every time I have an issue, I call customer service and they’re able to get somebody scheduled and out to my property within a couple days. Today Dylan showed up very knowledgable Explained everything amazing customer service which more companies were like this.

We had one of out garage doors bent out of shape as we accidentally reversed the car before opening the door! Since it happened on Dec 21, I wasn't hopeful of getting it fixed until after holidays. We called Precision doors that day and installer, Eddie Torres, showed up promptly on Dec 23rd to take a look and provide us an estimate. Eddie told us it would take 4-6 weeks to order & install the exact same door.. Precisely 4 weeks later on Jan 24th, one of their senior installers, Rob Augusta, came half hour ahead of scheduled time! Rob did a fine job replacing the broken door with a brand new identical door and haulied away the debris, all within 2 hours! Rob was very prompt, knowledgeable, efficient and friendly! He even went the extra mile to clean up all the broken glass pieces, lubricate both the garage doors and help me program my 2nd garage door on the keypad outside!
