Thank you and we also thank technician Rich N. who was timely, efficient and competent. He expertly inspected our existing (non functional) garage door opener and recommended keeping the motor but rebuilding the springs, cables, etc. I authorized this, and he did the job in about 2 hours. Then he inspected the other bay, which had no door opener, and recommended two options. After my selection, he installed it in another two hours. All this was done in one morning and at a fair and reasonable price. We are very pleased with the result and with technician Rich N.’s expertise, competency and efficiency.

We had one of out garage doors bent out of shape as we accidentally reversed the car before opening the door! Since it happened on Dec 21, I wasn't hopeful of getting it fixed until after holidays. We called Precision doors that day and installer, Eddie Torres, showed up promptly on Dec 23rd to take a look and provide us an estimate. Eddie told us it would take 4-6 weeks to order & install the exact same door.. Precisely 4 weeks later on Jan 24th, one of their senior installers, Rob Augusta, came half hour ahead of scheduled time! Rob did a fine job replacing the broken door with a brand new identical door and haulied away the debris, all within 2 hours! Rob was very prompt, knowledgeable, efficient and friendly! He even went the extra mile to clean up all the broken glass pieces, lubricate both the garage doors and help me program my 2nd garage door on the keypad outside!
