I am so happy I found Precision Garage Door Service! They were local, communicated who I should expect to see (and a picture to help identify), and they let me know when to expect him ahead of time. Then the technician also texted and called me to let me know exactly when he would arrive. Dylan was so pleasant, professional, proficient and transparent about what he would do before he did anything. He gave me options for future needs and quickly identified and repaired my "wonky" garage door openers (both wired and remotes). I have saved Dylan's contact information in my phone because now I know who to call! Thank you so very much!

I got locked out out of my garage door, because when precision install my garage door, they never connected the cable to disengage the door manually they did not want to take responsibility telling me that my motor was bad and they had to break the door and install a new one and they were going to charge me $850 dollars for there sloppy installation.

Eddie Torres, did a great job but unfortunately the doors were measured improperly and the job could not be completed because a new wider panel needs to be ordered. I stayed home all day and now need to be here again as you have a 4 hour window. I will leave you a star rating of 3 until the job is completed. Thanks and hopefully I will see you soon. Daryl did a great job with getting our (heavy) garage door back into operation. Rather than simply purchasing a single coil spring, he convinced me that it would be well worth it to do an overhaul (Springs, bearings, cables, drums, etc). He was thorough, quick and had everything picked up within an hour.
