Dylan was great! He spent considerable time explaining things to me and I was thankful for his skill and expertise. And he easily recognized the problem with my garage door. A safety inspection was included and he lubricated all the moving metal parts for a smoother operation. I ordered an LED garage lightbulb which I didn’t realize even existed. I wouldn’t hesitate to call Precision again or recommend them

When was the last time you heard a customer say they were HAPPY to pay your bill? Well, you just did! Having used Precision Door's services once before, I did not hesitate to call them again when one of my garage doors required service (broken coil spring.) You sent out installer/repairman Eddie Torres...and he turned out to be the best repair tech I can remember dealing with, for any product or service! He explained thoroughly in advance what was needed; performed the work quickly, & cleaned/lubed/adjusted all, including my 2nd garage door...which was working okay...at no additional charge beyond the service call! He even informed me that part of the repair was covered under warranty from Precision's prior 2019 visit. I had long forgot about any warranty, but his honesty saved me some $...and guaranteed Eddie & Precision my business for as long as I live in New England! Next up: I think I'll be calling Eddie in June to come install 1 of those external keypads for when the battery in the opener goes dead...and what about those newer screw-drive openers, maybe... A cable on one of our garage doors broke and I was able to book an appointment on-line for the very next day. Ron L. was the technician and he provided a detail explanation of the repairs he recommended and the cost. He was very personable and efficiently replaced the cables, spring and rollers. Ron was certainly a great representative for Precision Door Service. They'll get the call when I have any future problems with any of my garage doors.
