Dylan, arrived in the time he specified when calling to say he was on the way. My garage keypad had stopped working and no matter what I did, I could not get it to work. Dylan was able to identify the problem and fix it. He talked me though the process at every step so I knew what he was doing. He had me test it a couple of times to confirm it was in working ordered. I used Precision initially when the garage unit became disconnected from the wall. I was pleased with that service and knew I would contact them with this issue. I was fortunate to have Dylan for both occasions. I would highly recommend them as scheduling was easy, the people professional and the service outstanding.

We had a new garage door installed last year by Precision and they were amazing. This time, I called because our key pad wasn’t working. They sent someone out the next day. Justin was incredibly nice, fixed the part in minutes and we were still covered under warranty! You do not get service and quality like that very often these days. I highly recommend Precision Garage.

I found Precision listed on the internet; telephone numbers given by area served; the young man (Lloyd) who came was on time; was very knowledgeable about the garage door/opener/remote; had it back working quickly. The only negative: Over the phone the young lady told me it would be one price but the actual cost was a bit more. Lloyd is also going to give me an estimate for a new garage door which I probably won't do right now but interested to know. Would call Precision again. DBB

Lloyd at Precision Garage Door did a great job servicing our garage door. Our spring was broken and he replaced the springs, rollers and other equipment to get the door operational again. Louis was kind and efficient on the phone, scheduling an appointment within 24 hours. Justin, the technician arrived ahead schedule. He diagnosed our problem and gave us several solutions along with the price for each. We selected a choice on the spot, he had the new product in his truck and installed it quickly, cleanly and without incident. He reprogrammed all of our switches on both walls for three doors and suggested some other electrical solutions for our garage outlets and receptacles as well. I called at 7:50 am unable to open my garbage door automatically or manually. I’m a single mom who works on the road and had a critical appointment to get to later this afternoon and no access to another vehicle and was completely unable to get my car out of the garage. From the dispatcher who had a manager call me within 10 minutes of coming into the office to the manager who reached out to his technician to have him start his day at my house to the technician Justin who rearranged his entire day and arrived within an hour and a half of my initial call to replace my garage spring, everything about the service call was perfect. Absolutely amazing customer service - would always call them and highly recommend.
