Bryan called before he came to my home and sent a text with his picture and what type of tech and person he is. (I think that was excellent to see what type of technician and person I would meet). Bryan arrived at my home on time and was very polite. He was professional and knowledgeable of his job duties. He explained everything to me in a very respectful way and about the business. I was very satisfied with Bryan and I know he is an asset to Precision business. Great job Bryan!!
