Our garage door arrived when they estimated it to. And they scheduled a date shortly thereafter. The installer's Sean and Tori did a wonderful job, very courteous, and respectful. I am totally unhappy with service for I feel I was taken advantage of. Problem I called in was a wall remote that did not open garage door. I was led to believe work done would correct t problem which it did not. Tech had to return and change out wall remote which should have been done on 1st visit. The $667 charge was for unnecessary work which I consider a scam. I would never recommend your company nor tech. I think it horrible to take advantage of 85 yr old lady and I will surely pass my experience on to others for bad word of mouth travels fast.

i paid over $500 for my garage maintanance and calibration. same day garage stopped opening. i called and they sent same tech and changed me a $49.95 service fee to fix their own problems. the garage doors started having problems the same day. the third time they sent a tech and he tried to sell me new garage openers. when i told him i only needed my garage to work like before, he got upset. --fix the problem-- dont try to sell things that client doesnt need.

On a Monday morning, my garage door broke and I thought how will I get my car out? I called Precision Door and they gave me a timeframe from 12:00 - 2:00 that same day! Because I was not available, I chose 2:00 - 4:00. I received a text at 1:00 pm to inform me that Bryan was on the way. I learned too how n the text that Bryan loved dogs! He arrived and introduced himself. Gave me a few options and next thing you know, my door was working! I am VERY pleased and will recommend you to others!!!
