This was our second time using Precision Garage Door Service. We were impressed the first time when we had two garage doors installed. This time we needed two openers. The installer, David, was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and forthcoming about the install and prices. He did an excellent job. I will recommend Precision to anyone in need of garage doors or openers. We scheduled the appointment online. We received a call from a lady at the office, she was also very professional and cordial, making sure she knew what our needs were.

David Allen arrived on time. Was efficient, pleasant, and knowledgeable. Quickly diagnosed the issue, however, did a thorough review prior to making recommendations. He showed me all the parts that were worn out and explained next steps. He then made the repairs and installed a new garage door opener. Prior to leaving, he made sure I understood the new system and how it worked. Prior to going with Precision, I had reviewed BBB along with online reviews. I was contacted quickly and given the option for them to arrive the next day.

Dave Eiler and his trainee Brian adjusted door as it wouldn't stay open when unlocked from opener. He pointed out wear on opener. I opted to delay replacement. After discussing with my wife after he left we decided to go ahead with replacement of opener. I called your office to schedule replacement and due to a cancelation Dave was able to come back later the same day and replace the opener. Took about an hour and everything is working well. Thanks to Dave and Brian for professional job. I will recommend them to all my freinds and relatives.

We are very impressed with the quality of work Precision provided us! We were able to contact Precision over the weekend to get a Monday morning appointment scheduled. On Monday morning we received a text letting us know who our service technicians would be, along with brief bios. Nice touch! The technicians were courteous and personable--far more so than other service technicians we've had in the home. They asked questions about how we use our garage door opener (how often do we use it, do we park in the garage, what our experiences of using it have been). Following an inspection, the technicians thoroughly explained four options available to us, including pros & cons of each options. We were able to make an informed decision which ultimately was a full replacement of the door opener, a decision that was backed up by Precision's lifetime warranty on the new unit. We certainly recommend Precision Door for anyone's garage door needs!
