David lendardt was my tech. He called me and said he would be here in 30 minutes.!he also asked if I wanted coffee or anything. He was here in 30 minutes. He looked at my door explaining everything that need fixed. He was very thorough and considerate. I have used this company before. He quoted me a price for repairs I agreed on. He went and got the parts he needed. He was back in about 15 minutes. He was finished with the repairs in 30 minutes. Just like he told me he would be. He was a very professional tech. Listening to all me questions and concerns. He showed me everything he had done. I then signed for the bill. He said if had any troubles or questions to call the company. I would recommend this company and David to anybody. Thanks for the fast service. And thank you David .
