I read prior customer reviews and was satisfied with their comments. I also referred to BBB about company and complaints, to which I was satisfied again. David was my service technian. He was professional, polite and very knowledgable. He covered all aspects of my garage door condition and operation. The entire experience from the moment I called their office until the job was completed was exceptional. I would not hesitate recommending their company to anyone. David lendardt was my tech. He called me and said he would be here in 30 minutes.!he also asked if I wanted coffee or anything. He was here in 30 minutes. He looked at my door explaining everything that need fixed. He was very thorough and considerate. I have used this company before. He quoted me a price for repairs I agreed on. He went and got the parts he needed. He was back in about 15 minutes. He was finished with the repairs in 30 minutes. Just like he told me he would be. He was a very professional tech. Listening to all me questions and concerns. He showed me everything he had done. I then signed for the bill. He said if had any troubles or questions to call the company. I would recommend this company and David to anybody. Thanks for the fast service. And thank you David .

My motor seized in my old chain drive and I called the second it happened around 6AM since they have 24/7 phone service. They got me a same day appointment and my technician that was dispatched, Brian, was incredibly polite and knowledgeable. He provided me with options and was able to replace it in about an hour. Amazing service. Highly recommend.

We chose Precision because the repair tech did a great job in fixing the springs on our old garage door. Our old door was original to our home and needed to be replaced. The repair tech showed us a brochure and then directed us to Precision’s website. We found the door we liked best and ordered it over the phone.
